One place to manage your setup.
The VoIP Provider Portal is separate from the SessionCloud customer portal. It gives your team a focused place to prepare and publish its provider listing.
- 1
Create your provider account
Use the dedicated VoIP Provider Portal to manage your service's listing.
- 2
Upload your configuration and logo
Supply your shared SIP settings as a JSON file and add a PNG, JPEG or WebP logo. Download a configuration template from the portal.
- 3
Preview and publish
Check your listing, save a validated draft, then publish it for customers to select in the app.
Your defaults. Their credentials.
Configure the details customers would otherwise have to enter manually. The published profile contains service settings, while each customer's SIP credentials are entered in their app.
- SIP domain, port, transport and outbound proxy
- Required username, authentication username and subdomain fields
- Registration, push, TLS and supported SIP defaults
- Provider name and logo in the app's account setup
Built for the standalone mobile apps
The provider directory is scoped to SessionTalk Free and SessionTalk Paid on iOS and Android. Existing app feature entitlements still apply.
Published changes supply defaults for newly added accounts. They do not overwrite customers' existing account settings.
SessionCloud, whitelabel and desktop provisioning continue through their existing services.
